During the launch event which was held at the Bahrain Conference Center Hall, Crowne Plaza Hotel on Monday November 12th, 2012, KCS conducted a free ERP seminar entitle: Key Factors for a successful ERP Project implementation. The seminar was attended by a large number of managers from private, public companies and government authorities. The seminar was tailored for management of corporate organization, information systems, and business processes transformation: General Management, IT, Finance, Operations, HR and Administration.
During the seminar, which focused on “why an ERP project is not simply an IT project, but, first and foremost, a business transformation project”, Dr. Bijan Majidi shared significant international case studies highlighting the key factors for successful ERP implementations and how to avoid ERP projects failure.
The attendees left the seminar with a clear understanding of the entire ERP project life cycle, from project planning and initialization stage to go-live and normalization within the organization.
